I've been trying to do this for a while. All I'd like is to install Windows XP to a USB stick to carry anywhere. Currently on my Desktop I use Windows 7, but is it there any way to install windows XP to a USB?

no and doing so is a very bad idea. running any OS from an external hard drive is a bad idea but that goes double for windows.

Alright, thank you for the warning.
I don't have the desire to do that now that I know it's not a good idea.
