Crappy Scrolling Backgrounds

    I'm using FCEUltra on my PC & I've encountered an annoying problem on Wai Wai World. When you reach the combined top view twinbee-vic viper level the background doesn't scroll properly which gets aggreviating once you reach the asteroid level 'cause you you can't accurately see what you need to avoid.

    Is there a way around this??

    I'd imagine if adjusting the graphics settings don't help, its an emulator limitation
