Could I run either Dolphin and/or a PS2 emulator with these specs?

    Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 2.20GHz
    64bit OS
    Win7


    I'm wondering because I wish to play FE: Path of Radiance on the GC and/or Persona 3/4 on the PS2 emulator. I don't know if I could run these but I could run the ePSX emulator smoothly most of the time. Perhaps I could even have it on the lowest setting if I could even have them running the games.

    your processor is somewhat slow, and you've not said how much ram or what graphics capability you have.

    Ram is 4GB with 3.84GB usable and graphics card is Mobile Intel(R)4 Series Express Chipset Family, an Adapter string of Mobile Intel(R) GMA 4500MHD with a total graphics memory of 1759MB.

    Is that all it's needed?

    not a hope of running either of those emulators on that graphics chip. It just offloads everything onto the CPU which is already pretty slow.
