corrupted files

what am i doing wrong, ive downloaded a few roms for my r4 and all is cool, but now every time i transfer a file from my saved folder to my micro sd it comes up with cannot transfer file corrupted, does any one have the answer it's driving me nuts

 

Most likely the problem is in your connection. Your downloaded file is corrupted/not complete. Try downloading the file one more time when the download rate is at its best.

 

The file is on rar format, when you complete the download try to open it first and extract it, if you can extract it so it's no error, but if an error message appear then your download is corrupted.

 

I think you are doing the correct thing. But it does sound like your computer maybe your internet.

 

With that you need WinRAR the file you will need for your flashcart will end in .nds
