Cop the recruit rom problem!

Both the Cop the recruit (U) roms aren't working for me. The Uncracked one reaches the title screen, while the patched one doesn't even work at all.

I'm using a TTDS, and have the latest firmware and cheats installed.

 

Allright, try using the following things from this site:
http://gamewiki.jp/uploader/dsma/

First, go to page 2 and download dsm0053.zip, this is the latest unofficial kernel.
Then go back to page 1 and download dsm0088.zip.

Unzip both files, Copy everything form dsm0053 to your root except the readme (If included) click ''Yes for everything'' if they're asking you to replace. Now copy the 3 .dat files (Extinfo.dat, infolib.dat and savlib.dat) to the TTmenu folder and you're done.

EDIT: Don't forget do download the usrcheat.dat cheats file from cheats.gbatemp.net!

 

Make sure you are using 1.17a07

And using the latest INFOLIB and EXTINFO files

Is there going to be a cheat uploaded that will solve this?
Ex. the save bypass cheat in GTA Chinatown wars
