Converting my ISOS to CSOs..Have a question..

    I've read that CSOs can cause lag, but I wanna save space...My Windows Explorer is running utterly slow today, so I just wanna compress, and delete the old ones...If I compress them, can I decompress them, and they be the same as before?

    A simple yes or no would be great. :D
