    Urg :(
this has been haunting me for 2 days now
i just recently bought a Logitech Dual Action Gamepad to use on my PC
the program that it came with has to recognize a game before you can configure any buttons to go along with it
i can get it to work perfectly with my emulators, but no such luck with any of the MMOs i play
im guessing since the game has a launcher, the program doesnt work for the actual game itself
so i downloaded JoyToKey (i think its what they call a gamepad emulator, im not sure)
you program your buttons to something on the keyboard (or the mouse) then when you press those buttons on your gamepad, it tells the computer youre pressing that button if youre playing a game or not
but JoyToKey only recognized 1 of my 2 analog sticks, it didnt even find my D-Pad
so with that not working, i turned to Xpadder
now this program is MUCH better, except the fact that because of the damn N-Protect GameGuard it blocks the program

does anyone know of any other way i can use my controller to play MMO games (like Exteel, Maple Story or Holic) ?

gamepads are not suitable for playing MMOs because of the number of key combinations that they use.

you can try changing the game profile to point to the actual game executable rather than the launcher, but it may well not work.

why???? why would you mant to?????? mmo's as loony said are suited best to keys and mouse and keys and mouse are easier and a better way to controlle the game.

I have the same gamepad as yours & it works fine with all my emulators, just install the included installer & it will calibrate it for you. It's analog sticks are great for Project64, depending on how hard or soft you hold onto them you can make characters walk or run just like the real N65 gamepad.

Gamepad controllers are perfect for emulators. You will have to configure some though. MMO's use heaps more keys, such as shortcuts and whatnot.
