Connection Issue

    Hello there ladies/gentlemen, I'm getting a connection issues when trying to go to the downloads section, everything else seems to go correctly. Everything else is loading fine. Is there anything going on with the server atm?

    Failed with error:connection to db3.romulation.net:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused, this is the error i'm getting. forgot to post in the original
