Connecting Wii Classic Controller via Bluetooth

I wanna play a certain game on my PC with my Classic Controller Pro, so I decided to look up how to connect it. I have a built-in Bluetooth reader thingy, and I'm able to connect the Wii Remote/Classic Controller Pro combo, so that Windows recognizes that it's a game controller. When I try to set the buttons and joysticks in Xpadder, however, Xpadder doesn't recognize any of the button presses/joystick tilts. I also tried installing another controller button setting program thingy called PPJoy, but that won't even install on my computer without getting an error message; I have Windows 7, and from the looks of things, that might've be the problem, but changing the compatibility properties to other versions of Windows doesn't let me install it, either.

Does anyone know how to set up the controller properly?

On a side note, my Wiimote's first light (the 1st Player light) is flashing nonstop while connected - is this supposed to happen?

Sounds like that you have set everything up right...perhaps there is a setting in the emulator that needs to be activeted so you can run a game while using the controller. That would explain the reason why windows recognizes that it is a controller but there is no response to the use of the buttons. Best of luck,
