confused

hi im new to this i wanted to download wall e for the nintendo ds lite but there are more then one version of the same game what does that mean

 

it doesn't mean anything whether you got the (E) version of the (U) version or the (K) version the only difference is that the E stands for Europe and that U stands for the united states of America and K for korean.

you just have to download your language and it'll be fine

 

oh i see how dumb of me thanks very much. another thing i have down loaded some games and it says windows cannot open this file so i think i need to download some winrar thing is that correct and if so does anyone no what i should download.i dunno if it makes any difference but im from the uk

 

Yes, the files is in .rar, you need winrar to open the files

Just get Winrar from here: http://www.rarlab.com/
Download and install it, and you use it to extract the .nds file from inside the .rar or .zip file. It's free, but after a few uses it'll start pestering you to buy, but you never have to pay anything. Just ignore it and continue as normal.

Bittorrent has nothing to do with winrar. You could use it to download torrents of DS games, but Romulation is much better for that.

 

You actually download the trial version that has 40 day limit.
But you can use it as long as you want ;D

Don't worry about it, it's no problem for me. On the site I linked to, just click Downloads on the left, and choose one of the top links (under the heading "Latest English WinRAR and RAR beta versions"). Make sure to choose the right one, either 32 bit or 64 bit. It's not called "trial version" or anything, it's just the normal version is free. As said earlier, it will start asking you to buy it every time you use it after a few uses, but you just ignore it.

 

There is a writing on the right about the license, just ignore it.

Right click on "My Computer" and select properties.

This is the method for windows.

Then use Start-Run- type dxdiag, the type should be written there along with your windows name.

 

nope didnt say it there either but i have found it another way god im good lol its a 32
