Confused on the pokemon distribution carts?

    I don't understand how to use any of the "distribution cart" cheat things that people are posting. Such as the Celebi one, someone posted, it says to read the NFO but I don't get it.

    Similar to how they are setup in stores during the distribution events. You need a second DS running the distribution "Game". And your DS running what ever pokemon game you want.
