    That looks like a virus...

I'd delete it personally. It looks like it's some kinda stupid program that you don't need.

I'd do a virus scan for safe measure.

that's actually a form of Spyware. NEVER LET IT RUN. It's execution name is derived from a legitimate process run by your computer, so it appears legit.

    your spyware pop-up - 'SvcHoster.exe'
    actual process ---------- 'SvcHost.exe'

There are two ways of getting rid of it.

    1. Go to where it's located (when it goes to open itself, under the sub-category 'From:', you'll find the location of the .exe'). In your case, it'd be 'C:\Users\Anhony\AppData\Roaming\WinBooter...' Take out the '...', and find the rest of the location. Once you're there, delete 'SvcHoster.exe'. It'll probably go to your recycling bin. Empty it. (It's better if you shred this file (make it absolutely unrecoverable)).

    2. You can download a program called 'SmitFraudFix'. I know it takes care of Malware, but I'm not sure if it takes care of Spyware. I'm about 80% sure. I'd do step 1 though. That's a surefire fix.

That's pretty much it. Any other kestions, I'm here.

    Looks like it's in C:\Users\Anhony\AppData\Roaming\WinBooster\SVCHoster.exe

Don't activate it, but just go there and delete it.

When a window is open, go to

    Tools -> Fodler Options.
View Tab - ---> then hit the Show Hidden Icons button and see if that helps. :)
Click OK and all of the hidden goodies will be there.

    What Anti-Virus do you have?

Avast has a silent mode, in which it scans the computer before any programs boot-up, most of the time before malware can and gets rid of them that way. :)

    Also try ClamAV.
Loony says it's one of the best AV scanners out there.
It's not on access, but it is good from what I hear.
Just keep the one you have now and use ClamAV if you want.

Also running Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware will surely get rid of it. :D

I also use Avast and I've been pretty much clean for about 4 years now.

Avast is one of the best, yes. :)

Also, try using Comodo firewall - http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/free-download.html
If you use it, ensure to uncheck the Anti-Virus during the setup.
I use the firewall as Window's firewall is a piece of shit.

Spy-bot Search and Destroy is another good program. :)

Do the boot-time scanner option and do a full scan of your system.

I do that once a week.
