Why don't you just get rid of the virus? I assume it's laptop side because of the virus.

Before you do that full system format go to one of these places:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/

    or,

    http://majorgeeks.com/

Register for a free account & post a "help needed!" thread on their "virus removal" sub-forum then wait for somebody to assist you in removing your nasty virus.

Hm, that's weird. Malwarebytes should be able to get rid of it, maybe it removed the virus but you did the same thing that made you get it in the first place?

It seems to be integrated in winrar somehow

Try uninstalling winRAR, then run Malwarebytes again and check if it gets deleted now? And if I might suggest a decent (de)compression program if you don't want to use winRAR anymore, you could check out 7-ZIP.

No viruses are integrated into WinRar unless you got it off somewhere other than the official site. Or perhaps you used a keygen to unlock the paid version. And if you did, there really is no need to purchase winrar as it is absolutely free, all you are doing is getting rid of that annoying popup nagging you to purchase the application.

And yes, as I said get on either thebleepingcomputer or majorgeeks now! :p
