Computer Components for Dolphin Emulator

I was wondering what piece of the computer is most important for running the Dolphin emulator effectively. I've noticed people who run it very well with high RAM but also those who run it well with high processor speed but not very high RAM. So pretty much, between processor speed, RAM, and video card memory, which do you think ranks as top priority? Also, what would you recommend for each of those to run the Dolphin emulator very well, but not too high just to conserve spending? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I thought the graphic card plays an important role. :)

yes, but for any emulator the most important thing is raw processor speed.

So, would a processor speed of 2.0 Ghz and up handle the emulator well?

    thats probably a bit slow.

Hmm, I've been looking at this computer:

to replace my current one. The specs, to me, seem good enough to run the dolphin emulator smoothly, but then again, I don't know much about computers. What do any of you think of this computer? Also, this may sound strange, but if you could rank it on a scale of 1 to 10 for how well it could run the dolphin emulator, what would you give it?

the graphics capability is fairly poor. I am not able to judge how well it will run dolphin since I have never used that emulator, but the rule for emulation of modern systems is basically decent amount of ram, decent graphics card, and the fastest processor you are able to get. Beyond that, its down to how effiicent the emulator itself is.
