compressing psp isos

    there are three ways to compress psp isos
    iso ( regular uncompressed)
    cso( compressed image)
    and dax
    what is dax??
    and which method of compression is best to use,cso of dax??

    Never heard of dax, must be something new, I've used both .iso and .cso, prefer .cso myself.

    dax is a method i found in umdgen. i want to know what its about,and if its better than cso.

    As far as I can tell CSO and DAX are the same thing.... Neither one is better but most of us use CSO....

    I have a guide if you want to have a look, it has info and a guide to ripping and making cso/dax games.

    Not that you'd need it if you download the games, but the info is helpful.

    DAX is made by dark alex-maker of m33 cfw.

    It's old apparently but not used often.

    no thanks.i think ill just stick to cso. who made cso anyway??

    No idea.

    Since dax and cso compress about the same I see no point in trying it.
