COD4 Legit 'iw3mp has stopped working'

    Ok so basicaly i'm running the legit version of COD4 multiplayer on win7 64bit and after about +/- 5 mins. it crashes and displays the 'iw3mp has stopped working' Ive tried plugging in microphones, enabling stereo mix. What am i doing wrong? how do i fix this? thanks
