chrono trigger

is there any AP patches for chrono trigger (U) that arent cheatcodes and would work on an r4?

 

Use Wood R4 v1.06.

 

need a patch for the game. im not going to update my r4 cause i have had to much trouble with that already.

 

Use the (J) rom. It has full English as a language option and works flawlessly.

 

What!? You're not gonna update? Too much trouble? That's bullsh*t. It's very easy to update. I made a tutorial, it's here:

There are alternative patches to modify the ROM to fix the AP. http://filetrip.net/f3415-Chrono-Trigger-DS--Copy-Protection-Fix.html should work. I highly suggest you use the Wood R4 firmware however. The (J) version still has AP.

Which R4 do you have? You may be able to use YSMenu instead.
