Chrono Trigger Portal error

    Umm.. I know that is asked 1000 times but:

    In very first chapter ,I cant pass the blue teleport screen. I use a R4 and my flashcard is full of games. Is it becouse of fullness or just a typical error??

    And how can I solve it?
