Chinese R4 DS help

    Hi,

    I have a chinese r4 and I recently tried to update it to v1.11, but neither the english nor korean update work. Do I need one that is in chinese even though there isnt such on the site?

    I have tried wiping the card and then putting it on, but every time the ds loads up the r4 has and error message saying "!!!! and something in chinese, but when I install the original kurnel from the mini disc the program runs fine.

    Im really lost on what to do now, and would appreciate if anyone knows what this is about,
