    look into the Globalsettings in your __RPG folder inthere there is something written:
    cheats = 0
    change it to
    cheats = 1

    What CoolKill3r means is change the value from 0 to 1 and the cheats properly
    will work it is a bit of script writting:

    A computer can only read 1 and 0 it is just like a switch
    0= off
    1=on

    Maybe this clears things up for ya
