Cheats not working for YuGiOh Reverse of Arcadia

    So i downloaded the newest cheat file at http://cheats.gbatemp.net/. i put the user evo file into my cyclo ds folder and deleted the default cheat file. but when i go to open yugioh reverse of arcadia no message pops up saying if i would like to use cheats for this game. also when i checked on the microsd, the default cheat file came back after i deleted it again
