I get what you mean now, You wish for someone to convert a usrchat.dat file into a urbz cheat file. You can joinup and ask on there fourms. But urbz dose not exsist as a flashcard format on r4cce , as i can not see any. Only R4 evoCheats CycloEvo cheats Edge Cheats M3real cheats
I have checked for this game and it's not listed in the usrcheat.dat , somethinks wrong they normaly add all cheats, unless cheats was not made for Sims Urbz Hard-est issue is first think is the exsact verion of your gamecode and ID to use with R4cee http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA013928/bin/r4cce086.zip Open the ROM using the program Run r4cee , right click on left white box / add game - see where it say gameID they will be a small box with three dots ... click on this, then search amd open your game, and the game code and id will be shown to use for usrcheat.dat, PS: Make a note of it. then search google for AR codes to use to edit into the usrcheat.dat along with Gamecode and ID and edit Game title and AR cheats.
