What does it mean when the latest DAT file for a cheat database has a game listed on it, but it gets an error message when selecting the database on your emulator and rebuilding the menu to try and load the cheats? 6/23 update and games affected: Final Fantasy 3, Summon Knight: Twin Age, The World Ends With You, Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon...

Uh, emulator? Just open the database with R4CCE by Yasu (google) and browse for the codes you need and manually import.

Nvm. I figured it out. Turns out that Acekard 2 software can read the .dat files. But I had the Acekard RPG software, even though I was using Acekard 2 for a long time. But I downloaded the .xmb (or is it .xml?) database file and its working perfectly.

    It'd be .xml.
