Chat on PSP or Nintendo DS Lite?

    Wondering if I can chat on my PSP 1000 series or my Nintendo DS Lite? Such as Skype, MSN or Yahoo? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

    Msn on ds : beup
    Msn on psp is superlaggy, the DS version is better (I tried them both).
    There's no such thing as Skype for the DS, but Skype is already installed on your psp iirc.

    there is skype for psp go and 3000 and maybe 2000s idk, i think it came with an update
    but you cannot get skype for psp 1000 because it doesnt have a built in microphone
    you can try furkrip for psp (it functions as a voip ) :

    There is skype on psp 2000's, but there is no microphone meaning you would have to buy a headset

    after a bit of research i realized that :p

    also there is a voip for ds, its a hombrew called SvSIP, it uses a voip client have a look

    sorry i forgot to mention this i used this once, about 1 year ago and it worked great

    1000 doesn't have skype built in at all. Sorry, bud. Also, I don't think you can actually text chat on PSP Skype.

    Others have recommended BeUp for DS -- I have to agree.
