Charged twice and still not premium

    Hi there, i have been charged twice so if admins could check there paypal i have put a request for the second time i was charged (through no fault of my own, it did say paypal had not been charged the second time) anyhow once the refund is sent that will be brill. Also i left the first transaction thus i should be a premium user and its still saying im a standard user, could a admin please sort these out for me please?

    You'll have to wait till 'Seph' comes online later. This matter is usually his domain. Might take a while for him to sort through.

    Hi there, thanks for the reply. I have upgraded using the account now just need the second transaction refund and i'll be sorted

    @nickpeth,

    Presuming you used the PayPal option through Gumroad?
    If so, there should be an email from us in the address linked to your PayPal account. The content of that email should contain a code, and you can use that to redeem your premium purchase. It can be done here: https://www.romulation.org/user/upgrade

    As for the double billing, Seph can check and deal with that accordingly when he comes round :)

    Since it's chargedback I no longer have the option to refund it. We will have to let the chargeback case be resolved before I can give a refund.

    I don't see any notification about the dispute ending but I have refunded your 2nd payment any way.
