My brother wants games that played with correspond situation Games that use, Upper screen only and doesn't involve touch screen ( his touch screen busted,something's wrong) Well,doesn't use any of the touch screen feature Approximately,games that use the upper screen and the control pad to play.
Lots of platform games dont use Touch Screen. Try Wolverine or Kirby (he played Castlevania and mario ,right?) Fire Emblem is also another awesome upper screen game. (And advance wars) Racing games ,such as Mario Kart and Asphalt. Bleach (fighting) is also requires a control pad. I do not play that much RPG's but Shin Megami and FF IV (not sure) are upper screen. The ones you must avoid are Mini-Game games. If all else fails ,try a snes emulator. (I can give more ,if you dont like theese ones)

order of ecclesia during shanoa's arc there is no use for the touch function. FF4,its fully on upper screen. Metal Slug,is awesome too. Chrono trigger is cool. Phoenix Wright can be played without use of the touchscreen.
