Hello, I've seen Cd-R disc at x52 speed. Is this the correct speed, and if not what is? Also, how can you play ps1 backups on a fat ps2.(Not Slim)

You need to burn PSOne ISOs onto CD-Rs on the lowest burn speed so that you can be sure that the file will be burnt properly onto it with no errors. As for playing them on your PS2, you have to make sure your PS2's chip modded so it can read the data on the CD-R. :D

You should get a good quality CDR as well, like TDK or Verbatim.
