castlevania SOTN help starting new game on emulator

    Hey everyone
    Just got SOTN on the emulator and i dont seem to be able to select new game in file select.
    Has anyone else encountered this problem?
    any help or suggetions would be greatly appreciated.

    thats strage...works fine with me (in the old days)!im using epsxe too...
    if im not mistaken...the SOTN save the game first before playin a new game....
    maybe you havent add any memory card yet for the emulator...

    i think as vhiznu said

    maybe you haven't put a memory card

    btw im using Psx emulator for castlevania SOTN
