You should be able to do that on Microsoft word.

not a good idea, the resizing will cause quality loss and it will be noticeable.

Tested it out on Microsoft and the image looks horrible the words look really thin and the xbox box sign is a little blurry so yeah. :-\

this one's a little different but much bigger:

using this would be a MUCH better idea. Plus it has a backside.

Except the joke is kind of ruined, because none of those guys are Carl Winslow.

  9. Not if it was...damn can't remember the format. There is one format where the picture wont lose quality no matter how big or small you make it. But the only problem is the lack of detail compared to bitmaps and all the other formats people use.

A vector image, yes. But it isn't, its a raster image.

  11. That's what it was lol. I saw that in a manga book.

And oh, never heard of that image before.

well, I dont know what joke it is, but this one is bigger too and it has the same image as the OP's:

"Carl" of Duty. Carl, is the name of the character on that image. Carl Winslow was the father, and a cop, on the sitcom "Family Matters" that aired in the 90s (and very late 80s). It had the character "Steve Urkel" (Did I do that?)

By keeping the name "Carl" of Duty, but not having Carl Winslow on the cover, it was kind of pointless.

    And... Do the Urkel

Shouldn't it be: "Carl on Duty instead of "Carl of Duty"?

I've seen both. Grammatically 'on' is more correct, but 'of' is closer to the original.

I may have typed it wrong in my post. The first picture in the thread says On, but the one I quoted said "of".

But yes, it does make more sense with "on".
