Can't seem to download (I don't mean ESA protected games)

Recently when I try and download anything it always times out and doesnt connect, its always been fine before and I have enough points, I saw about a server change or something, is it to do with this?

Just want to know before I start pointlessly messing around with settings or anything Can't find any posts about this but I'm sorry if there already is

well.. i dont know when was my last visit to this site, tried dloading games and still no luck, my points are piling up and cant seem to use them.
