They're either overpriced or pirated. And my local shops are swamped in Imagineware and compilations. Hell I'm even looking to the murky depths of Ebay >_< God I hate that place. Pokemon Platinum is still the launch price where I am and Animal Crossing has only just gone down in price. I don't really want to import games, and it doesn't help that a lot of decent games are hard to find even in the US it seems.

Anyone else having these problems? I knew I should have bought an R4 when I had the chance >.>

I think it's some kind of conspiracy *dons tin foil hat*, either buy shoddy Imagineware, take out a loan to get a decent game you want or...pirate. Which I don't like doing with new games...It seems to have happened suddenly, then again I've only just rekindled my interest in my DS.

I was about to ask the same.

If it's america or australia, your allowed to complain, if you do it often enough...maybe you can ask the staff to check the products properly or else you will make business hard for them.

Except for markets, I've only seen one fake ds game sold in a eb games store.

    Maybe both :p

...ahem, from what I head about indonesia, they have their games about 3-10 bucks cheaper than Australia, it's the fact that it's a poorer country/exchange rates that makes the games more expensive.

Is this the case in malaysia?

With my lifestlye, I could buy one new game each week.

well if that the case, the price of DS game listed on website would be close or not the same as the shop price..... consider how website DS game is about 40% cheaper then shop price, i would say no.
