Can't redownload without more points within 8 hours

    I need some help maybe i'm doing something wrong, but I downloaded xenoblade chronicles today and there was an issue with the download. I am trying to download it again, the same day, and the site is asking for more points. I thought I could redownload within 72 hours without it costing any more points. Any help appreciated.

    You can download the game without extra points ,
    in you case wait for any admin to reply.

    Sorry I got to this so late. It's too late for me to test what might be wrong so I added 10,000 points to your account so that you can try downloading it again. Let me know if the issue persists and I will have a look at it.
