Cant play NDS ROM: 2888 - Professor Layton and the Curious Village - Europe

Topic ^ the game suddenly freezes after the 1st dialoge screen of the introduction letter.it seemed 1 other also noticed this...

Please pm me with more info ie the card you are using and what vershion firmware you are running.

 

have the same problem using DSTT but is the us version 2002 not the same game it works ok

 

I found something on the net... try this:

I dont know if its a bad dump but i have the same trouble and i found the solution :

Start the US game of Pr Layton, when you are in the village, make a save.
then put your MicroSD card in your PC, erase US ROM file and copy on it the EUR rom file. and the end just rename the save file (.sav) with the EUR rom filename.

Ok, I just try it and it works...

 

Works a few seconds, for me. but when the next screen loads... well... it's still loading now ! ^^

I am using R4 Card version 1.18

I turn the game on, put in my name then it welcomes me then it freezes?

Any ideas.

 

Try backing up and reformat your MicroSD.

I've got the R4 Revolution for ds card, using version 1.18

 

I am not sure thats all it says on the card? how do i know?

 

I figured out the card its kingston 2 gb micro sd

 

If reformatting on a Kingston (one of the best brands) doesn't work, it's probably just the firmware.

 

I have the same problem, if i use the metod gijane there is a problem in few enigms
