Can't load saved file in ffcc echoes of time

I recently downloaded a patched version that ables me to save for final fantasy crhystal chronicles echoes of time but now im at a road block and have no idea how to load my saved file.

Upon starting the game they only give u a start and options button.

btw i use No$GBA 2.6

 

Have you tried going to start?

Some games have continue option within the start menu.

(And yes I have yet to play-just general ruleing)

 

Use no$gba 2.6a, link is in the Common Issues. Do you actually know how to save in-game (using the crystals) ?

 

yes i have used the crystal and it said game saved but when i start up the game after i have the same start and options button, start button leads to creating a new character and starting a new game once again.

There just doesnt seem to be any indicated action in the start and option menus to load the game file i saved.

 

Are you using 2.6a now?

You should use the Action Replay codes instead to get past the save issue, play with them on a clean (unpatched/unmodified) ROM. What region release of Echoes of Time are you using?
