can't get locks quest to work on my DS

Hi I'm really mew to this website etc So here goes I can't get locks quest to work on my NDSTT (V1.08) when i load it up a message comes up with load rom errcode=-7 Can anyone help?

Thanks for the reply this is probably a daft question but when you go on the website to update do you extract the file onto your computer then clear the memory card and copy the new one on and put back the games etc as have tried this and does not seem to want to recognise it. Also is there one you could recommend.
Sorry if this is a bit of a garbled message someone else put the software onto my card so I'm trying to work it out on my own

You should use the latest update of the firmware that corresponds to your Flash Card. And you need to clear everything, all you need to do is to copy the whole firmware into your MicroSD card and when it asks if you wanna replace the files, click yes.

 

You have to overwrite, the person stated he already had firmware.
