I've been trying to enable cheats so that I can play various pokemon games (Heartgold (U) and Black (U) versions specifically), and when I wait for it to prompt to to select the cheats after startup, it just goes straight to the game. I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong here, but please someone help!
Try redownloading another copy through DS-Scene Rom Tool; you can grab the program from filetrip.net.
