Cant Download From North American Server?

    when i try to download from the north american server the page loads to and error and when i try to download from the europe server the .rar file to download appears . i think i might have trigured a ban or something? cause when i try to download from north american server but forgot to loggged in and i logged in then in home theres a tab that lets me go back to where i have browsed is this what happen? please tell me why i cant dl from the north american server =( europe server takes too long and some rom are defective and i cannot play

    The NA server might be down.
    the .rar file is the file you need to download.
    and the download europe server is the exact same in the NA server.
