Hello. I'm a very new member and I've been trying to download games but all I get is a white screen when I click on the icon for downloading from the US server. I haven't been able to download anything because of this issue. Would anyone happen to know what may be causing this problem and what I can do to get around it? Thank you taking the time to read this.
Oh okay. I don't know if this is very important but while I was waiting, I noticed that my time reads 7:52 but the Romulation clock reads 12:51:38 and I just got 100 points added to my account because of it. Could that be part of the issue?
