Can't download anything, keep getting a message that says I need to upgrade

    Not sure why but I keep getting a message saying I need to upgrade to premium status in order to download. Ive tried about 10 different games. Some of which I was able to download for free a couple days ago. I am only trying to download kids games like petz, hannah montana and such. Not sure why I keep getting this message. I am new at this and have not successfully been able to transfer them to my cyclods yet. I was just starting the process and am now wondering what happened.

    I'm using Firefox and have no virus software running.

    Here is the error message:

    I got the same mesage when i was trying to downlaod Ninjatown. And then the european server worked...but going at 2kb/s and then got CUT OFF at around 375kb. Ohh the north american server was my life... :-[

    Thanks for fixing this. I figured I must have done something wrong. It was nice to see that it wasnt me for once : )
