I have been a member for a while (over 6000 points), and this morning i can no longer access my account. I have tried recuperating my password using the automated system but I never receive the e-mails even though I tried several times. Is it because it is a hotmail ([email protected]) account? I have used it up until yesterday without any problems. Anyhow, I signed up again, using gmail this time (hotmail no longer works) but I am wondering if my old account was hijacked or something and if it were possible to get back those points. Thank you
Ok, thanks. So I guess I have an account floating around here that I can't access because I don't remember my password. And I can't acces it so you might as well delete it. The associated e-mail with that account was [email protected].
Or we could just change the email of that account to your new gmail and you can re-request the password. That requires we delete your new one though.
OK I was able to access my old account. I remembered the password. You may cancel my new account. It is gbands. Thanks for all your help.
