Cannot Acess Debug mode on Star Wars Knigths of the Old Republic I

    As the title says i cannot acess the debug mode, i have set the enablecheats=1 or whatever the line is on my .ini file and the ~ is not present on said key is there any way to set the command to a different key say 7 or 8 or one of the f's *insert number here*?
