Please help i cannot seem to access a full page of your site it is only showing about 1/4 on my pc screen i can access a full page on the forums site but cannot on any of the other pages, if i click on a ds game to download the game info is there but no download button and the page is closed up to the top of my screen with the rest of the screen blank. I've just registered to premium again and never had this problem before ,hope someone can shed a light on my problem i'm confused :-\
tried refreshing the page a few times? maybe its coz your internet speed is low or maybe someother app is using the network in the background so it takes time the load the whole page...
Thanks for replying, tried refreshing no joy, not sure about a screenshot? i'm not very computer savvy hope i aint wasted my money any other idea's...
Can you try doing a total refresh with ctrl +f5? It sounds as if you managed to only download half of some file.
just tried ctrl+f5 a few times but the page won't open fully only the forum page will try to post a screenshot
By stating this, you already found the answer to all your troubles... Ditch IE and either use Firefox or Chrome.
Just changed my browser and it has worked straight away, Cahos you are awesome thanks so much for your help i am so happy now ;D
The page does actually work in IE so that's not it, though, I'll admit that IE is more prone to messing up,
