I didn't have the money on my paypal account and the charge went through to my bank account putting me in the red so I canceled the subscription. I have not used the premium services this month before the cancellation therefore I feel that I am entitled to a refund.If you guys would please be as ever so kind as to refund me the $9.99 I would greatly appreciate it.

That would be my mom's doing. The negative balance sent her into a panic. I'm sure once you guys issue the refund it will all square away.
