can you transfer pokemon from SS on r4i to pokemon Black or White?

    Is this even possible? Cause I still need zorak and when i whent to pick up white i downloaded celebi to my SS which was on my r4i. and when you game sync you have to us the ds download thing on your ds when you first turn it on. BUT with using the r4i it goes straight to its menu so i can't use it.

    So is there any other way to trade over my pokemon from SS to White??? ???
