Can you run M3 DS Real on a M3 DS Simply cartridge?

    Can you run M3 DS Real on a M3 DS Simply cartridge? If yes how?
    I can't seem to find it anywhere. When I put the M3 DS Real in the cartridge, it said DS_Menu.dat not found.
