Sites like that try to poll data from your PC and use it. Some programs like firewalls and anti-script software, browsers, etc. block it, making them unreliable. Those sites are pretty much worthless, the best thing you can do is look up the requirements yourself (usually on the game box or website) and cross reference them against the specs of your computer (just look it up).
