Yes, but movies must be in .dpg format. There's a thread somewhere around here with a bunch of pre-converted videos, and you can find many more at GBATMW. Alternatively, you can convert your own videos. There should be info on that both here and at GBATMW. I wouldn't recommend using the SUPER converter.
I recommend it. The thread is in the NDS Trading Station; however most of the links are dead due to GBATMW being hacked not too long ago.
Yep, but it'll need additional programs to make .gif into a movie then use that program to convert it into .dpg. Anyway I've tried watching subbed movies in my moonshell but the text is really small. >_< I don't recommend watching them in your DS.
If you want it so badly, you can make .avi from pictures with adobe flash CS (used to be macromedia flash 8 ).
Yep, gifs are pics right? You can turn those into movies with that program. But it requires a bit of learning to get used to it.
Yeah, there is a little to no chance that there's a program out there to direct convert a .gif into .avi. So you must first make an .avi from the .gif (with this Macromedia Flash or any movie maker), then convert the .avi to .dpg.
hey i found a great program for it. 4mediaDPGconverter. desined specifically for the nds. if you want to convert gifs you will need to make them into a proper movie first though. i just use windows movie maker for that.
