can someone tell me how to play the zubo rom?

    Well i want to play the zubo rom but when i try it says" the save data could not be accesed please turn off the power and reinsert the DS card" and i restarted it a million times and it wont let me play! so please can anybody help me fix this? also i use No$gba Emulator and idk about firmware.
