Can someone help??

    hi my PSP won't charge i tried a new battery but it didn't work
    then, i tried a new charger and it also didn't work

    Did you know a psp can function without a battery, it just means it has to be wired constantly...

    Answer the following.

    -Is the battery officially from sony?
    -Is the charger offical or 3rd party?
    -Have you prehaps dropped or otherwise abused the console?

    -yes the battery was officially from sony
    -yes the charger is official
    -no i did not drop it i was always careful with it

    That won't work because when i try to charge it it won't work!!! I tried different chargers from others it also didn't work....

    Read hYpNoS's post again...

    Take the battery OUT of the PSP and run it directly using just the power cord. That narrows down the problem depending on if you get a response or not.

    Dude you don't understand even though i took the battery out and plugged in the charger directly it still won't work

    Can you tell me in what part of that post actually says that you took the battery OUT and tried turning on the PSP?
    Charging =/= playing the PSP without a battery.
