why cant i play pokemon emerald?!where can i download GBA emulator?!where can i find it?!and how can i play games?!thanks plsss help me plsss thanks

 

The best GBA emulator is VisualBoyAdvance http://vba.ngemu.com/. All you got to do is just drag and drop the ROM .gba file onto the emulator. You can also do zipped .zip files with ROMS inside them as well.

You probably can't play it since you don't have a GBA emulator in the first place if I read that right...

I'm assuming you don't have any idea about how .rar files work either, so...

http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm <--- go here and download winrar(try to get the one that says english) so you can extract the files and make them playable.

After that, its as simple as drag & drop the extracted files on VBA. If you have any further problems, check the Common Issues thread(One of those stickied threads that you probably didn't check beforehand.) and you might find your question answered there.
